About the RoleAs a Manager, Fraud Operations, you'll sit on the front lines of fraud defense, analyzing alerts across all lines of business through proprietary and commercial surveillance platforms. You'll turn raw data into actionable insight, uncover coordinated schemes, and directly influence decisions that reduce fraud exposure and strengthen customer trust.This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on investigation, pattern recognition, and fast-paced problem-solving.What You'll Do Analyze fraud alerts and large datasets to detect anomalies, suspicious behavior, and emerging fraud patterns Connect disparate data points to expose underlying fraud activity and linked events Transform internal and external data sources into intelligence that informs real-time risk decisions Partner with teams across Investigations, Financial Crimes, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Brokerage to mitigate threats earlyWhat You Bring Bachelor's Degree 5-9 years in fraud detection, risk management, or financial services Hands-on experience querying/analyzing large datasets to find irregular patterns Sharp critical thinking and sound judgment under pressure Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment A collaborative, self-directed mindset with a passion for protecting customersWhy This Role MattersTens of thousands of transactions flow through our systems daily.
