BARISTA — FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

We are opening a new restaurant and café in Brooklyn and are looking for experienced Baristas who care about coffee, hospitality, and consistency.

We are looking for people with real hands-on coffee experience who are comfortable working in a professional, high-volume environment.

What we're looking for:

Professional barista experience; 2+ years preferred Strong espresso preparation and dialing-in skills Milk steaming and texturing Latte art Understanding of coffee extraction and consistency Ability to maintain quality during high-volume service Clean, organized and efficient work habits Strong hospitality and guest-service skills Reliable and punctual

Additional experience we value:

Specialty coffee experience Restaurant or fine-dining service Food knowledge Bartending, cocktails, wine or spirits knowledge Experience opening a new café or restaurant

Full-time and part-time positions are available.
