What You'll Do:Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages with precision and consistencyShare your knowledge of coffee, beverages and our clean ingredient philosophy with guestsMaintain a clean, organized, and vibrant beverage stationWork closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable café experience What We're Looking For:1+ year experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee setup (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome)Knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, and latte art is a plusFriendly, proactive, and guest-focused personalityPassion for quality ingredients and sustainability
