Beverage Manager
Private Listing
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead a full-spectrum beverage program at an upscale dining and hospitality destination. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment and understands that a great beverage program is about much more than what is on the menu.
The Beverage Manager will oversee the program from coffee and tea to cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings. You will own the daily rhythm of service across all shifts, ensuring the operation runs smoothly while setting the standard for hospitality, product knowledge, and guest experience.
This is a highly visible role. The ideal candidate leads from the floor, remains engaged throughout service, supports and develops the team, and works closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the overall beverage experience.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong background in beverage and hospitality, with 3–5 years of experience leading a beverage or bar program in an upscale or fine-casual environment
- A genuine passion for wine, spirits, cocktails, and the evolving world of non-alcoholic beverages
- The confidence and presence to lead from the floor and set the tone during service
- A natural ability to connect with guests while supporting, inspiring, and developing a team
- Experience with beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- A creative mindset and enthusiasm for developing seasonal offerings and special programming
- A love of teaching — whether leading a formal tasting or simply sharing knowledge with the team during service
- Strong business instincts and an understanding of how to balance creativity with financial performance
- An appreciation for hospitality, design, and the details that turn a good experience into a memorable one
If you’re energized by a great bottle of wine, a perfectly executed cocktail, a team that knows its product, and the opportunity to build something exceptional, we’d love to hear from you.
We are an equal opportunity employer.
