Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and EnglishEvaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plansProvide individual therapy sessions (options for creating groups as well)Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive careParticipate in clinical staff meetings and trainingMaintain documentation per company policies and timelinesFor Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
Qualifications:
Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related fieldClinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, CSW) or provisional licensure in KentuckyStrong diagnostic and crisis intervention skillsFamiliarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage a diverse client baseWhat We Offer:
