Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSIMOS is hiring a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support daily distribution and transportation operations for a major retail company. We offer weekly pay, healthcare benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid training. This role is responsible for office administration, coordinating deliveries and shipments, processing billing and invoices, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with drivers, warehouse teams, store associates, and internal office staff to keep operations running smoothly.Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with strong computer skills (including Excel), organizational abilities, and clear communication. A resume is required for this position. A high level of reliability and dedication is required. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISHSchedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMMust be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Job ResponsibilitiesBilingual: English & Spanish (written and verbal)Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skillsBilling/invoice processing experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReceptive, proactive and flexible to receive guidance in the business related mattersCoordinate cargo transportation needs with customers, internal teams, foreign offices, and government agenciesPrepare, review, and maintain documentation for import/export activitiesTrack and coordinate shipments with warehouse teams to ensure timely clearance and releaseProcess, reconcile, and organize shipping documents and operational recordsVerify invoice accuracy based on shipments and customer requirementsReview bills of lading and apply rates accurately while following company policies and regulationsSupport smooth daily logistics operations through strong communication and attention to detailVisual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian trafficNon-climate control building

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
