Recruiter – TimeLine Staffing

Location: Plano, TX
Compensation: $50K base salary + monthly performance bonuses

We’re looking for a driven Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent across multiple industries.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage interviews, job postings, and candidate outreach.
• Hit hiring goals while providing a top‐notch candidate experience.
• Track metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience.
• Energetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
• Organized, proactive, and goal‐driven mindset.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools.
