Required Skills Bilingual: English & French (Canadian) Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk support Strong troubleshooting skills in: Windows OS VPN Outlook MFA Desktop hardware Basic network issues Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy , or similar Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational environment Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment Preferred Skills Knowledge and hands‑on experience in a Retail Store Service environment Understanding of Retail Store transaction processes
