We treat patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses, or from chronic or complex medical conditions.
We are seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our Billing Office team!

Qualifications Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years healthcare experience preferred. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Basic math skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
Read, comprehend, and articulate information shown on remits.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
General knowledge of third party payers, billing procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrates ability to appropriately resolve and elevate issues.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities Responsible for reporting and analyzing inpatient and outpatient revenue, ensuring revenue is captured correctly and accurately daily, weekly, and monthly. Work closely with the facility Controllers on all revenue-related inquiries. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
