Billing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily billing operations, processing cancellations and reinstatements, managing billing-related tickets, and assisting customers with payment and policy inquiries.

The ideal candidate is organised. They will work closely with the Portfolio Management, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure billing processes are completed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve billing and cancellation-related tickets.
• Follow up daily on pending tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Update internal systems with cancellation notes and policy changes.
• Process policy cancellations and reinstatements based on confirmations from underwriters or finance companies.
• Assist customers with questions regarding payments, cancellations, reinstatements, and payment extensions via phone and email.

Requirements

• B2 English level or higher (required).
• Previous experience in Billing Support, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Insurance Operations, or a related administrative role.
• Location: Cartagena or Barranquilla.
