Role Description The Billing Engineer role at JPrime Buildcon is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Billing Engineer will prepare and verify bills for construction work, including quantities, rates, and BOQ items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. This role includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to gather billing data, validate measurements, and resolve discrepancies.

The Billing Engineer will perform rate analysis, support quantity surveying activities, and maintain updated billing records and reports for management review. The position also involves assisting in cost control, monitoring project progress from a billing perspective, and supporting audits and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
• Candidates should possess solid experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills for validating quantities, costs, and project data.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction billing/ERP software.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages as needed.
