Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
???? Setting: Onsite only
???? Openings: 1Ages 2–22Students with severe disabilities and autismKey Responsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation
Collaborate on IEP goals related to behavior
Support data collection and progress monitoring
Provide guidance and behavioral support to staff and studentsRequirements:Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification (required)
Must provide proof of active certification at submission
School-based experience preferred
