You’ll provide expertise to students across a diverse caseload, collaborating closely with educators and support staff to implement effective strategies and foster positive outcomes.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential requiredDemonstrated experience working in school settings (previous schools experience is essential)Proven ability to develop, oversee, and adjust behavioral intervention plans for K-12 studentsStrong collaboration and communication skills, working with multidisciplinary teamsFlexibility and adaptability, with a focus on student-centered supportKey Responsibilities:Support and oversee behavioral programming for a diverse group of K-12 studentsConduct ongoing assessments and adjust interventions as neededTrain, coach, and collaborate with staff and paraprofessionalsMaintain thorough documentation and progress reportingParticipate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development initiativesEnjoy a consistent 35-hour workweek throughout the school year, providing structure while allowing hands-on, meaningful service delivery.
