This is a clinically focused, sustainable environment where BCBAs can do meaningful work without being pushed to maximize billable hours at the expense of quality or work-life balance.What makes this role differentManageable caseloads You’ll work with a capped caseload (typically 6–8 clients) so you can focus on quality, not volume.No Medicaid billing or audit pressure We are a non-Medicaid practice, which means fewer documentation burdens and less time defending care decisions.No burnout from high magnitude/dangerous behaviors. We are a clinic specilizing on early childhood development, social skills, and feeding treatment. We do NOT take clients that require crisis support.
