Brand Manager (Hiring Immediately)
Oberweis Dairy
Job Description
Oberweis is a nearly 100-year-old Midwest icon — glass-bottled milk, super-premium ice cream, 40 scoop shops, and a home delivery service families have trusted for generations. In 2024 we joined the Hoffmann Family of Companies, and we're now in the most exciting growth chapter in our history, heading toward our 2027 centennial. We're investing in stores, home delivery, and bringing the Oberweis experience to new communities.
This is a builder's role. You'll own the day-to-day heartbeat of the brand and help shape where it's going! You're consumer-obsessed, with a sharp eye for content and a genuine love of uncovering what makes people loyal to a brand. Organized and agile under multiple deadlines. High-energy, curious, and always hunting for the next way to elevate the brand.
