About the Role:We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Assistant Brand Manager - Marketing with prior experience in the real estate industry to support brand building, campaign execution, digital marketing initiatives, and market positioning efforts.
Responsibilities:Brand Management & Marketing ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities across digital and offline platforms.Ensure consistency in brand communication, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationAssist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation objectives.
Real Estate Project MarketingSupport launch campaigns, project branding, site branding, and promotional strategies for real estate projects.Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, emailers, advertisements, and promotional content.Coordinate project shoots, branding activities, events, and activation campaigns.
Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer trend studies to identify opportunities for brand growth and positioning.Track industry trends, consumer behavior, and marketing innovations within the real estate sector.
Vendor & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with agencies, designers, media vendors, production partners, and digital marketing teams for timely campaign execution.Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and branding guidelines.
Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare campaign reports, marketing dashboards, and performance analysis reports.Track marketing KPIs, lead quality, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:6-9 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Digital Marketing within the real estate industry.Strong expertise in real estate project marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning.Experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and lead generation strategies.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and creative thinking skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
