• Responsibility for driving understanding on the Sales performance, understand P&L dynamics and manage A&P budget
\n
• Analyse category, consumers, competition, trends and bring actionable insights
\n
• Support in short- and medium-term brand strategies with outside-in passion
\n
• Strong drive & contribution to execute the growth plans with excellence
\n
• Develop and support mid-sized brand activations and promotional campaigns from ideation to execution
\n
• Identify consumer needs & market opportunities needs and drive portfolio initiatives (inno/reno/ animation) from creation to launch
\n
• Engage & contribute in cross-functional project teams
\n

\n
• Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable
\n
• At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management of consumer goods, ideally within the food & beverage category
\n
• Very good project management skills and initial experience in the implementation of media campaigns and product innovations
\n
• Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation
\n
• Entrepreneurial curious thinking, enjoy making decisions and finding innovative and creative solutions
\n
• Convincing and inspiring personality with confidence in presentation and pitching ideas
\n
• Enjoy working in a team, with internal stakeholders and external service providers
\n
• Fluent in German and English
\n
