Brand & Product Lead

JaCaCo and its associated brands operate across premium chocolate, food and personal care products. We focus on building thoughtfully designed products where packaging, product experience and brand identity work together to create lasting consumer trust.

We are looking for a Brand & Product Experience Lead who can help shape how our products are experienced - from packaging and brand positioning to product storytelling across multiple brands.This role will work closely with founders, product teams and designers to ensure a consistent and premium brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead brand positioning and product storytelling across our brandsGuide packaging strategy and development in collaboration with the design teamEnsure packaging aligns with brand positioning and target price points while maintaining a premium aestheticWork with external agencies, printers and packaging vendors to execute packaging projectsSupport new product launches with strong brand communication and visual consistencyMaintain a coherent brand language across packaging, digital and marketing assets

Ideal Experience6-12 years experience in brand management, product marketing or brand strategy rolesExperience working with consumer products, food, personal care or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of premium brand positioning and packaging aestheticsAbility to collaborate effectively with design teams and external partnersPractical understanding of how packaging decisions align with target price points and product positioning
