About the Role
The Digital Professionals Accelerator (DPA) Programme is a structured graduate programme designed to develop high-potential Polytechnic and ITE graduates into industry-ready Business Analysts. As a Business Analyst, you will be employed full-time while undergoing an intensive work-and-learn programme that combines on-the-job training, technical education, and professional development.
You will work on real-world digital projects with public sector, education, and enterprise clients, supporting the delivery of technology-driven solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, curious, and keen to build a long-term career in the digital and technology space.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business and system requirements to support software and digital solution developmentTranslate business needs into clear, structured documentation that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDocument As-Is and To-Be business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose improvement opportunitiesWork closely with developers, designers, and project teams to ensure requirements are accurately implementedSupport testing activities such as system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)Engage stakeholders through clear communication, coordination, and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycleContribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows, systems, and services

RequirementsDiploma or Higher NITEC qualificationCompleted National Service (if applicable)Less than three years of post-graduation work experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and documentation abilitiesInterest in digital systems, technology, and process improvementWillingness to commit to a rigorous work-and-study scheduleMust be eligible for the IMDA CLT funding
