Festina Finance is modernising how Life & Pension administration is delivered across Europe. With a strong presence in Denmark and the Netherlands, we are implementing our platform at two of the largest pension administrators in the Dutch market.

To support this growth, we are expanding our local team in Amsterdam and looking for a Business Analyst who wants to work hands‑on with complex pension products, system implementations, and international collaboration.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with customers, domain experts, and development teams to translate business needs into clear system requirements. You will be involved throughout the implementation process — from understanding pension products and events to shaping system behaviour and supporting configuration.

You enjoy working with complexity, take ownership of your tasks, and feel comfortable navigating between business and IT. You thrive in a role where you collaborate across countries and contribute to solutions used by major pension providers.

What you will work on

Analysis & requirements

• Understand and translate business requirements into functional and system specifications
• Analyse pension products, processes, and events to ensure correct system behaviour,
• Support Life & Pension system implementations and change initiatives
• Participate in business process modelling and contribute to solution design
• Work with system configuration and understand the technical implications of requirements,
• Work closely with customers, domain experts, and internal teams
• Align across teams and locations, building strong professional relationships internationally

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of the Dutch Life & Pension industry (must-have)
• Fluency in Dutch and comfortable working in English
• Experience with IT implementation projects or change management
• Solid understanding of pension products, processes, and events
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
• Creative approach to business process modelling
• A somewhat technical mindset, able to understand and contribute to configuration
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a distributed team
• Regular collaboration with customers across the Netherlands
• Work in international teams across multiple locations
