What’s This Role About?

This role focuses on partnering with the Business Finance team to drive P&L optimization, improve sales productivity, and strengthen unit economics across the organization. You will play a key role in analysing financial performance, identifying inefficiencies, and driving data-backed decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Support the Business Finance Manager in analysing and improving overall P&L performance

● Identify revenue leakages, cost inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities

● Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios, pricing strategies, and cost structures

● Provide actionable insights to improve sales ROI and operational efficiency

● Analyse batch performance and recommend pricing, capacity, or cost optimization strategies

● Collaborate with operations and academic teams to improve unit economics

● Automate recurring reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Semi-qualified CA preferred)

● 3–5 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or analytics roles

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with BI tools is a plus

● Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
