Role: Finance Manager / Controller*

We are looking for a Finance Manager / Controller to build and scale the finance function at STCH.

This role sits at the intersection of governance and growth — combining strong financial discipline with business partnership.

Role Overview

• Controller

• Establish strong governance, compliance, and financial discipline
• Build robust MIS, reporting, and review systems
• Ensure accuracy, controls, and audit readiness

• Enabler

• Support growth, working capital management, and business decision-making
• Drive cash flow efficiency and financial planning
• Support fundraising and financial strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, MIS, and monthly reviews
• Build and strengthen financial controls and compliance frameworks
• Manage working capital, cash flows, and relationships with banks / NBFCs
• Support fundraising and investor interactions
• Partner closely with sales and operations teams
• Work with auditors on statutory and internal audits
