Business Analyst
Meta Recruitment
Job Description
An HCM transformation is underway, consolidating rostering, payroll, and HRIS into a single unified platform.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the functional stream of the program. This is a hands‑on requirements role at the centre of a lean program team of ten, working across five delivery streams.
The requirements you produce will be the foundation the rest of the program builds on. Functional design, configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing all depend on them being clear, complete, and traceable. You'll work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Technical Business Analyst, and partner directly with SMEs and operational stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running workshops with SMEs and stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements across HR, payroll, and rostering processes
- Documenting requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria in a structured, testable format
- Maintaining traceability from business requirements through design, configuration, and testing
- Working with the technical stream to make sure functional requirements give them what they need for integrations and data mapping
- Supporting functional design, UAT, and change activities through to cutover
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HCM or HRIS transformation programs (Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of HR, payroll, and rostering or workforce management processes
- A track record of producing requirements that technical and testing teams can act on without rework
- Strong facilitation skills across frontline, corporate, and technical audiences
This is a role where the quality of your analysis directly shapes whether the program lands well. If you’re the kind of BA who takes pride in requirements that hold up under pressure, we’d like to hear from you.
