Job Description
Role: Business Analyst, Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 years
Salary: 6-7 LPA
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst (BA) will act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and our technical teams. Your primary goal will be to analyze processes, identify requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency and solve organizational challenges.
In this role, you will directly strengthen our programs' ability to serve key stakeholders—including teachers, coordinators, and partners. You will optimize our internal systems and web portals to keep them running smoothly, stay user-friendly, and improve continuously while streamlining cross-departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams to visualize "as-is" and "to-be" states to drive operational efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current organizational capabilities and future needs, proposing scalable system and workflow solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with technical teams to ensure final products align perfectly with defined business needs.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights, identify operational trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems optimization, or process improvement roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of workflow design, system integrations, and user-centered problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with UAT, QA tracking tools, and documentation platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities.
