Description and Requirements
The Channel Tools & Platforms Analyst is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the ecosystem of tools and platforms that support partner, distribution, and channel account management. This role ensures that systems are efficient, integrated, and aligned with business objectives to drive productivity, partner engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Optimization Manage and continuously improve channel-related platforms, including partner portals, incentive management tools, communication and marketing tools and contribute to reporting dashboards, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
Business Alignment & Requirements Management Work closely with GEO business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into actionable system enhancements that improve user experience and efficiency.
System Integration & Operations Oversee integrations and ongoing improvement of tools in collaboration with DTIT and LXG teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption.
User Enablement & Training Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, user documentation, and support materials to drive adoption and maximize effective use of platforms across the organization.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track platform performance through analytics, user feedback, and usage insights to identify improvement opportunities and proactively resolve issues.
Project Leadership Lead cross-functional projects to implement new tools or roll out system updates, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Governance, Security & Compliance Ensure all platforms comply with data privacy regulations, security standards, and internal company policies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with external technology providers and internal teams to stay aligned with product roadmaps, innovations, and evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
