Title: Business Analyst – Scrum Master

Location: Washington, DC

Work Authorization: Preferable USC, but Open to all

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day 1

Mandatory:

• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile resource implementing solutions through the SAFe Methodology
• Comprehensive understanding of SAFe principles and ceremonies, Scrum practices, and agile methodologies
• Extensive experience in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring teams in scaled agile framework
• Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders on requirements, break down raw information and undefined problems into specific, workable components, document them properly, and get consensus on resolutions
• Experience in change management procedures and use of ADO/PLM processes for execution
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to the development team, collaborating to ensure stories are refined and ready for implementation as per SAFe
• Coordinate business review processes of implementations and obtain sign-off for deployment
• Identify, document, and monitor key business processes needed to achieve successful results
• Map and document processes, and develop frameworks for improvement by documenting issues and obtaining consensus on resolutions
