This role focuses on bridging business needs and technology, driving process improvements, and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments.
What you’ll be doing:Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specsAnalyze and improve workflows, aligning them with ServiceNow best practicesWork closely with developers and architects to design scalable solutionsSupport documentation, training sessions, and user adoption initiativesManage enhancements and identify opportunities to improve existing featuresFacilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key initiatives
What we’re looking for:4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years ServiceNow project exposureStrong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)Experience working in Agile environments and leading stakeholder discussionsPreferably those with certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, or BA certificationsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
