Job Description:
Join a growing enterprise technology organization as a Scrum Business Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical delivery. Supporting a rapidly expanding line of business, you'll partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile development teams to gather requirements, create high-quality user stories, and ensure solutions align with evolving business priorities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with exceptional communication and writing skills while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure backlog readiness by maintaining well-defined, prioritized, and actionable work items.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform business process analysis, impact assessments, and workflow modeling to support solution design.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization while balancing changing business priorities.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, development activities, and delivered solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, Agile practices, and delivery efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders while effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Agile delivery experience.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum.
- Jira and Confluence experience required.
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level business partners.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Scrum certification or other Agile certifications are a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
