Business Developer (Hiring Immediately)

Elite Maintenance & Tree Service is growing, and we're looking for two high-energy Business Development Managers—one for the Bay Area and one for the Greater Sacramento Region. If you're competitive, self-driven, love networking, and enjoy turning conversations into long-term partnerships, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business opportunities. Build relationships with Community Managers, Property Managers, HOAs, Commercial Property Managers, and Facilities Managers. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings and presentations. Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to develop winning proposals. Negotiate contracts and close new business.

Attend networking events, industry associations, golf tournaments, and client functions. Represent the Elite brand as a trusted advisor. What We're Looking For Loves meeting new people and building relationships.

Highly motivated by goals and results. Confident asking for the business. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate with energy and professionalism. Takes initiative without constant direction. Build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications 3+ years of Business Development, Outside Sales, or B2B Sales experience. Commercial landscape, construction, facilities services, property management, or related industry experience preferred. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience using CRM software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
