Our client is a full-service communications agency that offers online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production and event technology for some big-name clients within transport, tourism, healthcare, tech and more.
They're now looking to hire a Business Development Executive to drive growth across all their different business units. Although you'll be working as an Individual Contributor, you'll be working closely with the Managing Director to bring in new business.
What you'll be doing:
Owning the full sales cycle - from pitching to closing dealsSourcing for new business opportunitiesCreating proposals that meet client needs and showcase agency servicesRepresenting the agency at client meetings and networking eventsManaging your pipeline and tracking metrics
What you bring:
At least 2 years of business development experienceFluency in Chinese, to be able to converse with Chinese clientsExperience working in an events / advertising agencyExperience selling services (rather than just products)An understanding of event production and agency processesConfidence in pitching ideas and building client relationships
