Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Singapore. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, providing detailed information on Maserati vehicles, and facilitating the sales process. This role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through follow-up and aftersales service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Brands or Automotive Sales and Customer Service
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially luxury vehicles, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
