Bundled is in an early, high-growth phase, offering opportunities for team members to shape the platform and its partner ecosystem.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Bundled. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with subscription and streaming service providers, from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, understanding their growth and retention needs, and co-creating bundle structures that align with Bundled’s consumer value proposition. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and partner performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnership outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline of prospects, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams, and regularly reporting on business development metrics and progress to leadership.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within subscription, streaming, or consumer tech industries.Strong skills in prospecting, relationship management, and contract negotiation, with a track record of closing and growing strategic partnerships.Ability to analyze market data, partner performance, and customer insights to develop compelling partnership strategies and bundle offerings.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, with strong self-management, organization, and remote collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with CRM tools and basic proficiency in productivity and collaboration software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack).Interest in subscription services, digital media, or consumer fintech, and a motivation to help consumers save without compromising on the services they enjoy.
