O-HIVE is building next-generation spatial vision and edge AI infrastructure for industrial automation, robotics, shipbuilding, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Our platform enables rapid deployment of machine vision and visual AI systems with minimal configuration, enabling same-day deployment without extensive training or data acquisition. We are expanding our global partnership ecosystem across manufacturing, robotics, industrial automation, shipbuilding, defense, and enterprise AI sectors.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Partner to support strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, customer acquisition, and investor ecosystem engagement for O-HIVE. This role is focused on identifying and developing opportunities with: Enterprise customers Shipyards and defense contractors Manufacturing groups Strategic investors Government and ecosystem partners The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building capabilities, understands emerging technology markets, and can help accelerate O-HIVE’s commercial footprint globally. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic partnerships across robotics, AI, industrial automation, manufacturing, shipbuilding, and defense sectors Identify and introduce qualified enterprise customers, investors, and ecosystem partners Coordinate and arrange business development meetings, demonstrations, and partnership discussions Assist with customer acquisition strategy and channel partnership development Build relationships with system integrators, OEMs, industrial groups, and strategic stakeholders Support fundraising and investor outreach initiatives where applicable Represent O-HIVE at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings Help develop long-term strategic opportunities and market positioning initiatives Maintain professional communication and reporting regarding partnership progress and pipeline development Preferred Qualifications Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, venture ecosystem, industrial automation, robotics, AI, manufacturing, defense, or related sectors Strong professional network within enterprise, manufacturing, robotics, shipbuilding, defense, or investment communities Excellent communication and relationship management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Experience introducing strategic partnerships, enterprise accounts, or investment opportunities is highly preferred International business development experience is a plus Preferred Industry Exposure Experience or familiarity with any of the following areas is beneficial: #J-18808-Ljbffr
