We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This isn't your typical desk job; it is a chance to be the heartbeat of our sales process. You will be the very first point of contact for our customers, acting as a friendly guide who makes the start of their journey easy and enjoyable.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, as this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you can help mentor others and shape the direction of our BDC department. If you bring a positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and a desire to build a career in a supportive, high-energy environment, you will fit right in. We provide the tools and training you need to succeed, and in return, we ask for your dedication to creating genuine, lasting connections with everyone who walks through our doors or reaches out online.
Come grow with us at Bridgewater Chevrolet.
