How You'll Make an Impact
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and extensive account research
Collaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to develop value propositions and build successful client relationships
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals by initiating 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using advanced outreach techniques
Assess prospect needs and identify decision makers by executing targeted outbound campaigns
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Spectrum products and services to engage clients and improve the sales cycle
Ensure seamless account transition to Major Account Executives through effective communication and thorough client documentation
Manage sales activities, pipeline and reporting using Salesforce and other enablement tools

Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
1+ years of business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business development
Business and account planning implementation experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and sales methodology
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent level of sales experience
Experience: Experience with Salesforce
Skills: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
