Business Development Representative

Overview

Aspire is partnering with an International Market Research Platform provider. As a result of significant investment and business performance, they are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team.

Location: McLean, VA - Hybrid Working

Pay: Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
• Additional compensation types: Commission

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure operators, technology providers, advisory firms, and investment entities
• Collaborate with internal marketing and research teams to align sales initiatives with current market insights
• Consistently achieve or exceed activity goals through proactive outreach and business development activities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver timely sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in sales, to either PE fund/Investors and/or DC operators/ cloud and IT infrastructure providers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
