Business Development Sales Representatives

We are looking motivated, dynamic Business Development Sales Representatives to join the team of a fantastic Logistics company in the Brampton/Mississauga area. No experience in this vertical required!

Salary: $50,00-55,000/year plus commission Schedule: Day shifts Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Generate new business through prospecting, networking, researching, and outbound sales activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients - Identify customer needs and present tailored transportation and logistics solutions - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets - Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth onboarding - Stay informed on market trends and identify new business opportunities - Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: - Previous experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales - A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Confidence in prospecting and developing new business - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset If you're a successful, driven salesperson with previous sales experience, looking to break into a new industry with strong earning potential and career growth, we'd love to hear from you - please apply today!
