About the Role
This is a sales position, primarily targeting the Southeast Asian market (with Singapore as the core). The candidate will be responsible for expanding food safety testing services, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Simultaneously, they will provide necessary local business support to company management when needed.
Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales (Core Responsibilities) Responsible for market expansion, client development, and business negotiations related to microbiology testing products and services in Singapore and surrounding areas.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.Continuously identify potential client opportunities and expand market coverage.
Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain stable client relationships, improving client satisfaction and loyalty.Deeply understand client needs and provide professional solutions.Drive long-term cooperation and business growth.
Market Execution and Feedback Implement company marketing strategies and promotional activities.Collect and analyze local market, competitive dynamics, and industry policy information, and provide feedback.
Supportive Responsibilities (Depending on Business Needs) Assist with necessary local administrative tasks (such as documents, invoices, etc.).Provide support in business activities involving company management (such as meeting coordination, itinerary arrangement, communication assistance, etc.).
Qualifications
B2B Sales Experience (any industry), with client development experience preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Goal-oriented and results-driven work style.Experience in the food, agricultural products, biological testing, or laboratory services industries is preferred.Recent graduates with relevant potential and learning ability are welcome to apply.Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.Communicate and collaborate with Chinese customers.
