Business Director, Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Business Director Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $251,400 – $286,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage and mentor analysts to foster talent development
• Create and implement new product and pricing strategies
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build customer insights
• Improve credit performance through rigorous data analysis
• Oversee multiple projects while executing product strategy
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service quality and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
