Business Finance Manager - Bengaluru
Job Summary:Our client is looking for a Qualified CA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in FMCG or manufacturing setups to lead FP&A, MIS, and business finance functions. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to support growth. The role involves partnering with leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve operational efficiency.

Designation: Business Finance Manager (FP&A)
Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & MISPrepare monthly MIS reports with detailed analysis on sales, margins, costs, working capital and profitabilityTrack actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insightsBuild and monitor annual operating plans, budgets and rolling forecastsSupport management with business dashboards and decision-making reports2. Budgeting & Business PerformanceWork closely with sales, operations and procurement teams to monitor business performanceIdentify key business trends, operational inefficiencies and profitability improvement opportunitiesAnalyse SKU-wise, channel-wise and customer-wise profitabilityMonitor cash flows and ensure financial discipline across functions.
Treasury & Working Capital ManagementManage treasury operations including banking relationships, cash planning and fund utilizationTrack receivables, payables and inventory cycles to optimize working capitalSupport in managing vendor payments, credit cycles and liquidity planning4. SOPs & Process BuildingDesign and implement SOPs across finance and operational processesStrengthen internal controls and ensure process compliance across departmentsWork with teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency5. Cost Optimization InitiativesDrive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics and operationsAnalyse cost structures and identify areas for margin improvementSupport strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall business profitability
Candidate Profile:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of financial statements, business metrics and operational financeProficiency in Excel and financial modelling/reportingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSomeone who is hands-on and comfortable building systems from scratch in a growing organizationFMCG/ Food/ Manufacturing/ Consumer businesses preferred
