Business Intelligence & AI Analyst Turn Data into Insight. Turn Ideas into Action. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and forward‑thinking Business Intelligence & AI Analyst to help us transform data into meaningful insights, drive smarter decision‐making, and explore innovative ways to use AI and automation across our organization.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI reports, and performance metrics that help leaders make informed decisions. Partner with teams across the organization to understand business needs and turn data into actionable insights. Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources.

Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas, and provide recommendations that drive results. Translate complex information into compelling stories and visualizations that make data easy to understand. Lead business intelligence and analytics projects from concept through implementation.

Explore opportunities to automate processes using tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI‑enabled solutions. Support the responsible adoption of AI technologies, workflows, and agents across the organization. Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and governance practices.

Provide training and support to help teams get the most value from reporting and BI tools. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas that help us continuously improve. You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Love solving problems and finding better ways to do things.

What You’ll Bring Diploma or degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a similar role. Strong experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization/reporting tools. Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Experience designing and automating reporting processes, workflows, and business solutions using tools such as Power Automate. Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in a business environment. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
