Exciting new job opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join a small sized manufacturing company in Limerick.

This is a hands‑on role offering broad responsibility across operations, people, customers and commercial performance. Working closely with the business owner, the Business Operations Manager will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the business while helping to improve operational performance, strengthen customer relationships and support continued growth.

The role

Planning, supply chain and fulfilment experience is essential, along with a strong track record in customer and stakeholder management.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading day‑to‑day production, planning, supply chain and fulfilment
• Managing scheduling, resources and capacity to meet customer demand
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Leading, developing and managing team performance
• Managing key customer relationships, including escalations and service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue
• Supporting sales and new business opportunities
• Balancing customer requirements with operational capability, cost and profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational management, ideally within manufacturing, production, supply chain, or fulfilment environment.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency, leading teams, and achieving performance targets.
• Experience with operational metrics, process improvement, and workflow optimisation.
• Relevant qualifications in operations, logistics, engineering, or business are preferred.
