About the Role
Business Performance Manager – a strategic thinker who is passionate about operational excellence, collaboration and measurable results in dynamic environments.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting and business planning.
- Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive‑level exposure.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
- Act as POC with company leadership (C‑Level, Founders & SVPs).
- Plan, design and implement strategic initiatives to reach the Business Plan.
- Define reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor performance and guide decision‑making.
- Analyse commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Business Development leadership and cross‑functional teams to define action plans.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Provide data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving revenue‑growth initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with executives and commercial leadership, gaining high exposure across the organisation.
