Travel Requirement:
Up to 50% travel to customer locations, primarily preschool and childcare sites for demos, onboarding discussions, relationship building, and pre-sales activities.

FastTrack is a growing recruitment and workforce platform focused on helping preschool and childcare organizations streamline hiring, candidate management, and staffing operations. We are building a high-touch, relationship-driven sales and operational model focused on hyper-local recruitment and long-term customer partnerships.
We are looking for a highly driven, self-managed sales professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Role Overview:
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 corporate sales role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, capable of building relationships from scratch, and willing to work directly with leadership to grow the FastTrack customer base.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads organically, traveling to customer sites, managing follow-ups, coordinating demos, and helping shape pricing and marketing strategies based on real customer feedback.
This role starts as a 3-month contract engagement with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role with benefits based on performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into active opportunities
- Schedule and conduct product demos for preschool and childcare organizations
- Travel to customer locations for presentations, demos, onboarding discussions, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Maintain healthy pipeline movement and ensure every lead has actionable next steps
Lead Generation & CTA Management
- Generate and manage customer leads organically through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, community outreach, and local engagement
- Manage CTA (Call-To-Action) responses from campaigns, website inquiries, and marketing initiatives
- Track and organize leads using CRM or workflow systems
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and sales status updates
Marketing & Strategy Support
- Assist leadership with pricing discussions and market positioning
- Provide field insights to improve campaigns and messaging
- Support local marketing efforts, event coordination, and customer engagement activities
- Help improve customer acquisition workflows and sales operations
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup or evolving business environment
- Experience using LinkedIn professionally for outreach and networking
- Ability to maintain professional follow-up discipline and pipeline tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, staffing, recruiting, preschool, childcare, healthcare, or service-based sales
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Experience conducting software demos or consultative sales discussions
- Understanding of small business operations and customer relationship management
Compensation
- Contract-based compensation during initial 3-month evaluation period
- Performance-based incentives may be discussed
