Business Systems Analyst – ERP Implementation & Process ImprovementSingapore$50,000 - $60,000 USD
We’re partnering with a PE-backed global company building out its internal IT function and rolling out a new ERP system from the ground up.
This is a build and implementation role, not maintenance. You’ll work directly with business and technical teams to shape systems and processes as they’re being developed.
What You’ll DoGather and translate business requirements into functional specsSupport system implementation, testing, and rolloutIdentify process gaps and improve workflows (AS-IS to TO-BE)Work across IT, operations, and business stakeholdersParticipate in UAT and support delivery across the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For2–5 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experienceExperience in system-driven environments (ERP, inventory, reporting, applications)Strong stakeholder communicationExperience supporting projects across SDLCExecution-focused, able to move work forward
Nice to HaveSQL, Power BI, or data/reporting experienceExposure to operational workflows (procurement, order processing, etc.)Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments
