We are seeking a CAD Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The candidate should have more than 0-2 years of experience in either Process or Design fields, with a preference for experience in the composite industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop new projects using CAD software, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements.

2. Coordinate with production and quality teams during implementation stages to ensure seamless integration of designs into manufacturing processes.

3. Perform various complex calculations related to design and development tasks.
\n
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
\n
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CAD design and manufacturing processes.
\n
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design and production processes.
\n
7. Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, calculations, and project milestones.
\n
8. Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process or Design fields.
\n
3. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
\n
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n
6. Experience in the composite industry is preferred but not required.
