Call Center - Pre Qualifying Screener (Hiring Immediately)

Call Center Representative at CoverageX – $18/hr + Commission! 100% Onsite in Bedford, TX

We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our dynamic call center team.

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts, qualifying their interest and connecting them with sales representatives.

Answer inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels.

Hours Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Compensation

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission/Bonuses

Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 per year

Requirements

Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.

Ability to commute or relocate to Bedford, TX 76054 before starting work (required).

High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.

Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Texas.

Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.
