As part of our Campus Talent Acquisition team supporting Candu Energy Inc., you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top students and early‑career talent. Your work will help build the diverse talent pipeline that supports the delivery of Canada’s nuclear projects and the future growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle campus recruitment process for interns, co‑op students and new graduates across multiple business sectors.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and annual campus hiring targets.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and attraction strategies to engage early‑career talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, student associations and campus organizations.
- Represent AtkinsRéalis at career fairs, networking events, information sessions and other recruitment activities to enhance our visibility on campus.
- Coordinate and support campus recruitment campaigns, interview processes, selection activities and offer management.
- Promote AtkinsRéalis as an employer of choice by delivering an engaging and inclusive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with internal partners to strengthen awareness of career opportunities at AtkinsRéalis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experiences and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, human resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, hiring managers and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating events, career fairs or stakeholder engagement activities is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically to university campuses and recruitment events as required.
