As a Caregiver, you are the heart of that mission-providing hands-on support while building meaningful relationships that brighten every day. What You'll Do: * Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care * Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes * Promote safety, dignity, and independence * Engage residents through conversation and daily activities * Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment * Communicate effectively with families and care leaders * In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We're Looking For: * High School Diploma/GED; age 18- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) * Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Caregiver - Make a Difference Every Day | Paid Training
