Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch courses offered by the instituteThis is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLETo counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissionsTo generate daily walk-ins to the centerBeing responsible for phone counseling to prospective candidatesTo meet monthly and quarterly admission targetsHandle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course detailsSchedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects into admissionsEnsure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students
Skills RequiredRelevant inside sales experience working in the Education SectorSelf-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
KPIs70-80 connected calls dailyMinimum 2 visits per dayMeet weekly and monthly admissions targetsReactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch targets are metImprove and maintain sales conversion rates
